Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Your Credit Card number will be used to guarantee your reservation. Your card will not be charged until you arrive. All cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival date. Otherwise, one night room & tax cancellation fee will be applied. No-Shows will be charged one night's room plus tax. Advance deposit of one night room plus tax is required during Holiday Seasons.

Please note that bookings are subject to state tax of 10% plus $1.50 per night transient occupancy tax.
